"Someone once asked how long it took to analyze a painting, and the answer was about three times as long as it took the artist to do it."No wonder we suffer from a lack of such interesting research in today's fast-paced world! Also, towards the end of the article, there is a mention of the use of glass in Venetian paintings reported earlier.
